Know Your Business (KYB) verifies your company before cards can be issued. Having these ready speeds up approval:
- Certificate of incorporation / registration extract.
- Company registered address and registration number.
- List of directors and beneficial owners (typically those owning 25%+).
- ID verification for each director / authorised representative.
- Proof of address for the company (recent utility bill or bank statement).
- Where requested: source-of-funds or business-activity documentation.
