I lost my passkey or device

Regain access if the device holding your passkey is lost or replaced.

A passkey is tied to a device. If you still have another signed-in device or your password, getting back in is straightforward.

If you have another way in

  1. 1Sign in with your password or a passkey on another device.
  2. 2Go to Settings β†’ Security.
  3. 3Remove the lost device’s passkey.
  4. 4Add a passkey on your new device.

If you’re fully locked out

Use Forgot password to regain access by email, then re-register a passkey. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google. If none of these work, contact support to verify your identity.

Your account password/passkey is separate from your wallet recovery phrase. The recovery phrase can never be reset β€” keep it safe offline.
