Your PIN is used for ATM withdrawals and chip-and-PIN terminals. You can view or change it from the Card page, protected by a one-time verification step.
- 1Open the Card page and tap PIN.
- 2Confirm your identity with the one-time code we send you.
- 3View your current PIN, or enter a new 4-digit PIN to change it.
- 4Confirm — the new PIN is active immediately.

Never share your PIN. Banqa support will never ask for it, and no genuine merchant or website needs it for online payments.
