My deposit hasn't arrived — what now?
A checklist to find a pending USDC deposit and what to do if it still hasn’t shown up.

Deposits on Base and Arbitrum normally credit within 5–15 seconds. If yours has not appeared, work through this checklist before contacting support.
Check these first
- Right asset? Only USDC is credited. Other tokens are not.
- Right network? The network you sent on must match the deposit address you used.
- Confirmed on-chain? Paste the transaction hash into the network explorer — it must show as confirmed.
- Correct address? Compare the destination against the address shown in Add money.

Ethereum mainnet deposits wait for 1–2 block confirmations (≈ 30 seconds) before crediting — give it a moment longer than an L2.
