I sent funds on the wrong network
What happens if you send USDC on an unsupported network — and how recovery works.

Your deposit address is the same string across EVM networks, but funds only credit when they arrive on a supported network. If you sent USDC on a network we do not yet support, the funds are not lost — they sit at that address on that chain — but they will not show in your balance until recovery.
What to do
- 1Stop — do not send more funds.
- 2Confirm on the explorer which network the funds actually landed on.
- 3Open a ticket with the transaction hash and the network.
- 4Our team will guide recovery where the network is technically supportable.

Recovery is not always possible — for example, funds sent to a non-EVM chain or as the wrong token type may be unrecoverable. Always double-check the network before sending.
